Today, I made a movie.

You know those commercials about "My Fast"? For example the little totem critter on the passenger seat with the deep scary voice says, "My fast doesn't get along with my girlfriend"? I don't know what car they are for, but I like them anyway (one might question their effectiveness... but I digress). Well, all day today I was thinking, "My Ass doesn't get along with movie-making..." BUT EVERYTHING ELSE DOES!!!!!! Especially my hair. ;)

Today we shot some scenes from "Living" in which I play "Milk Carton Girl"-- the "one who got away"-- and then gets kidnapped or something. I end up on a milk carton. I don't know if I did a good job or not... I'll leave that to the judgement of my friends, teachers and parents (and director), but I had a great time. We did some guerilla shots and even got kicked out of the subway-- I'll be you didn't know we had a subway in L.A., did you? Well, we do. And I rode it... in character. YEAH! I missed the actual "shut down" of our shoot because I rode off into the sunset as Milk Carton Girl. There was no chasing, which was a disappointment to me, but by the time I came back from my trip, everyone was packed up and leaving. Good thing we did a swell job on the first take.

I'd like to thank my co-star Larry Sutton for his brilliance and generosity. I'd like to thank my director, Matt Schutt for his faith in me. I'd also like to thank the wonderful cast and crew, including Lance Orion, Ron Reikki and Christie Pesicka. And of course, the costume designer Megan for letting me keep the loud red/orange coat I wore on the subway today... I will love it forever, much to the chagrin of my friends and family. Oh, and before I forget, I'd like to thank my fiance Patrick Strong for riding the subway with me and keeping me safe.

Coming to a website near you, the future Mrs. Natalie Strong in "Living."

Yeah baby!

For the record:
1. The creepy "My Fast" shills for the new VW GTI, which we will not be purchasing this fall because SOMEBODY wants a 4-door.

2. I was not merely Ms. Williams's bodyguard today. I also served as script supervisor, still photographer, and "Flannel Guy on Train."

3. She was quite brilliant.

* I look forward to seeing this coat

* Congrats, Natalie! Not only on the film, but for getting kicked out of Public Transportation. That rocks!

* It's ok, Patrick... 4-doors are cool, too
