Love the shaping for the hips!! This one might actually stay down over the top of my pants in the back!!Since this photo was taken, the shoulder seams and the left side seam have been completed. Once the seams are done, then all I have to do is the butt ruffle, and it'll be FO City!!
(and then there are all of those ends to attend to...)
