1. Floss my teeth- Minty fresh.
2. Take a walk- 30 minutes AM, 30 minutes PM-- take that, 30!!!
3. Read- Looking forward to it.
4. Write down what I eat- You got it.
5. Stretch- Man, I am NOT flexible anymore.
6. Moisturize- Back, face.
7. Clean out/organize/de-clutter: Dumped all the trashes in the house.
8. 10 push-ups- You should see my mommy guns.
9. Crunches- J-E-L-L-O.
10. Write a blog post to hold myself accountable- Off to bed. Goodnight.
